The majority of our work is in Eastern Africa, Tanzania borders the Indian Ocean and is between Kenya and Mozambique.  Official language is Swahili with a population of just under 50,000,000 people among 120 different tribes.  Religions included Christian 30%, Muslim 35%, and indigenous beliefs 35%.  Environmental issues continue to grow with the population.  Soil degradation, deforestation, desertification, destruction of coral reefs threatens marine habitats, recent droughts affected marginal agriculture, and wildlife threatened by illegal hunting and trade, especially ivory just to name a few.  With the average income of less than $2 USD a day, Tanzanians are in need of training and opportunity.  We are strategically located in an area where we can impact the local rural communities and beyond.

We have been incredibly fortunate in our lives to never have to experience the difficulties we see in the world every day.  We can’t imagine what it’s like to go hungry - and we think it’s a shame that in a continent so resource wealthy as Africa, anyone should. With that driving force in our hearts, we've set out to help make a difference.  We’re all looking to make a difference in our world, and we believe in Africa that by educating and training local farmers, pastors, leaders and communities in sustainable agriculture programs while addressing the root of the issues, we’re going to make the most substantial impact to reduce hunger and poverty.  Subsistence farmers account for approximately 85% of the African population, who are living undernourished and degraded lives.  The majority of rural African farmers are not able to even feed their own families, yet alone make a profit.

Our Mission

To educate and empower rural African farmers, community leaders, pastors, church planters, teachers and children using a biblical and sustainable approach to agriculture, on how to improve crop yields, care for God's creation, develop a closer relationship with God and how to make a profit by using biblical management principles in order to raise a self-sustaining, interdependent, and Godly generation.

Our Vision

To see African farmers feed their families through life changing biblical principles and proven conservation agriculture techniques which can dramatically increase yields, bring restoration to the land and dissolve the bonds of the curse of poverty within Tanzania and beyond its borders.

Our sustainable agriculture programs transform current agriculture systems in a way that empowers people and that equips and enables the poor to feed themselves, generate income, & eradicate poverty.
Every man and woman has hopes and dreams. Together we're helping the poor realize theirs!
